Service and network information

When the app requests market data or articles, our infrastructure may receive an IP address, request time, response status, device and operating-system information contained in standard network headers, and diagnostic security records.

Communications

If you contact us, we process the address, message, and attachments you provide so that we can respond.

What the app does not require

Nnixtxvc does not require an account for its native research tools. We do not request access to contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or advertising identifiers for those tools. We do not sell personal information or use cross-app tracking.

Why information is used

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.
• Prevent abuse and protect users and infrastructure.
• Respond to questions and enforce applicable terms.
• Meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Depending on your location, the legal bases may include performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in security and operation, consent where required, and compliance with law.

Disclosure and service providers

Information may be disclosed to hosting, network, security, and support providers acting under contractual restrictions; to professional advisers; during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or to authorities when legally required. Providers may process information only for the services they perform for us.

Market articles, images, or links may originate from third parties. Their privacy practices apply when you interact with their services.

Retention and deletion

On-device preferences remain until you change them, clear app data, or remove the app. Operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Support messages are retained for the time needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and contractual protections.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local privacy regulator.

You can remove saved instruments inside the app. Removing the app through iOS deletes its local app container. To make a legal-rights request, contact us and describe the request; we may need to verify identity before responding.

Children

Nnixtxvc is not directed to children under 18, or the higher minimum age required in a particular jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us for review and deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated policy will display a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice when required by law.
